N°0 Alpen Blanc
N°0 Alpen Blanc is a non-alcoholic sparkling wine made from Austrian Welschriesling, dealcoholised by vacuum distillation. It offers aromas of lemon zest, white currant and a hint of elderflower, with a creamy mousse, clean structure and lively acidity.
Sparkling Rosé
N°0 Alpen Rosé
The N°0 Alpen Rosé is made from Austrian Blaufränkisch grapes, aged in stainless steel tanks, and gently dealcoholised via vacuum distillation before being carbonated. It offers vibrant raspberry, red currant, and a hint of rosehip, with lively bubbles and a soft, harmonious, refreshing mouthfeel.

A dealcoholised Blanc de Noirs Rosé made from Blaufränkisch, fermented and aged in stainless steel. Light, summery and playful with aromas of strawberry, grapefruit and a hint of melon.

A dealcoholised Austrian Grüner Veltliner with vibrant aromas of green apple, grapefruit, lime zest, and a subtle hint of spice. Light and dry in style, it is finished in stainless steel and gently dealcoholised via vacuum distillation.

N°0 Grüner Veltliner Premium
The N°0 Grüner Veltliner Premium is matured in stainless steel tanks and then gently dealcoholised over several days using state-of-the-art vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. It presents a layered aromatic profile of banana, papaya, lemon balm, and a fine yoghurt note, with a firm structure and soft mouthfeel underlined by a delicate vanilla spice.

N°0 Pannonia Noir Premium
The N°0 Pannonia Noir is crafted from Blaufränkisch grapes and traditionally aged in large wooden barrels, then gently dealcoholised using vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. It offers aromas of blackberry, blackcurrant, and Mediterranean herbs, with soft tannins and a round mouthfeel.
