Made exclusively from hand-picked South Tyrolean apples, its products are produced using the Charmat method to create fine, persistent bubbles. Alongside its low-alcohol sparkling aperitifs, ALPL also offers an innovative alcohol-free version produced through fermentation that avoids alcohol formation while preserving the fresh aroma and character of Alpine apples.
