Babylonstoren

Babylonstoren is a historic South African Cape Dutch farm and wine estate situated on the slopes of the Simonsberg between Paarl and Franschhoek. The farm dates to 1692, while its modern wine cellar and wine program were established in 2010–2011. Babylonstoren grows numerous grape varieties and produces premium still wines and Méthode Cap Classique alongside its own non-alcoholic sparkling grape juice.
