Bodegas San Valero is a historic wine cooperative in Cariñena, Aragón, founded in 1944 and bringing together more than 500 winegrowers. Producing wines from around 3,600 hectares of vineyards, it combines traditional varieties such as Garnacha, Cariñena and Macabeo with modern winemaking, including its Julietta range of 0.0% sparkling wines.
