Bötzinger
Bötzinger eG is a historic German winegrowers’ cooperative based in Bötzingen in the Kaiserstuhl. Founded by 64 local winegrowers, it now brings together more than 300 members farming over 360 hectares of volcanic and loess-rich vineyards. The cooperative specializes particularly in Burgundy varieties and produces a broad portfolio of Baden wines alongside an expanding alcohol-free range, including Blanc, Rosé, Noir and Rosé Zero.

Red
Alkoholfrei Noir
An alcohol-free Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder) with a deep colour, aromas of sour cherry, berries, and spice. Pleasant tannins give it a full-bodied character for an intense taste experience without alcohol.

Blanc
An alcohol-free Müller-Thurgau wine from the Kaiserstuhl region, gently dealcoholised and vegan-friendly. It delights with apple and citrus notes accompanied by a pleasant acidity.

An alcohol-free rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes, offering enticing aromas of strawberries and raspberries with a delicately fruity sweetness. Vegan and gently dealcoholised, it was awarded a Silver medal at Mundus Vini 2024.
Sparkling Rosé
Rosé Zero
Rosé Zero is a sparkling dealcoholised wine made from selected Bötzinger Spätburgunder (Pinot Noir) Rosé, presenting a salmon colour with fine bubbles. It offers fruity aromas of raspberry and blackcurrant with a hint of elderflower, and a delicate sweetness carried by a lively effervescence.
