Ca' da Roman is an organic agricultural company located in Romano d'Ezzelino, in the Pedemontana Veneta area of Italy. The winery specializes in PIWI (fungal disease-resistant) grape varieties and produces what it describes as the largest selection of PIWI wines in Europe. The estate covers 18 hectares, with 7 hectares planted with resistant varieties, and holds organic certification. In addition to wine, the producer also makes grappa, beer, and grape juice following the same production principles.
