Cave de Ribeauvillé is France’s oldest wine cooperative, founded in 1895 in the heart of Alsace. Bringing together generations of local winegrowers, the winery is renowned for its terroir-driven Alsatian wines and was the first producer in Alsace to launch premium alcohol-free wines under the Rib0 range, using gentle vacuum distillation to preserve the wines’ aromatic character.

Rib0 is a premium dealcoholised white wine from the Alsace region, made from Silvaner and Muscat grapes by Cave de Ribeauvillé. It is aromatic, refreshing, light, refined, and fruity with a dry profile, and has won a silver medal at The Global Low & No Alcohol Wine Masters 2022.
