Cave du Rhodan

Cave du Rhodan is an award-winning family winery in Salgesch, Valais, founded in 1962 by the Mounir family. Named Swiss Winery of the Year in 2022, the estate is renowned for its pioneering spirit, biodynamic viticulture and authentic Valais wines. In 2025 it expanded its portfolio with Sylvaner Zero, its first alcohol-free wine, produced from Johannisberg grapes and gently dealcoholised using a cold-vacuum process to preserve the wine's bouquet and structure.
