Château d’Estoublon is a historic wine and olive estate in the Alpilles in Provence, with roots dating to 1489. The 300-hectare estate produces premium Provençal wines, including its Roseblood range, alongside renowned olive oils. Its alcohol-free portfolio includes L’Excessive, created in collaboration with Carla Bruni, with sparkling White and Rosé expressions made by preventing alcoholic fermentation rather than dealcoholising finished wine.
