Château La Coste
Château La Coste is an organic wine estate in Provence, near Aix-en-Provence, combining winemaking with contemporary art, architecture and gastronomy. Its vineyards have been farmed organically since 2009. The estate created NOOH by La Coste after three years of development, using its organic wines as the base and removing the alcohol through low-temperature vacuum distillation. The NOOH range now includes still and sparkling rosé and white expressions.

Nooh by La Coste Rosé
A 0% alcohol rosé with a light salmon-pink colour, based on the Rosé d'une Nuit cuvée from Château La Coste in Provence. It offers aromas of grapefruit and strawberry complemented by natural notes of lemon and jasmine, with a very low sugar content, and is made from organically certified wine.

A 100% wine with 0% alcohol, this sparkling rosé has a light salmon-pink colour and is based on the renowned Rosé d'une Nuit cuvée from Château La Coste. It offers notes of grapefruit, strawberry, lemon, and jasmine, with a very low sugar content, and was awarded a gold medal at the Vinalies Internationales.
