Colibrì is an Italian producer of premium alcohol-free wines from Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Founded by Eleonora Gottardi and Edoardo Freddi, the winery combines organically grown grapes with gentle dealcoholization to create elegant sparkling and still wines inspired by classic Italian styles.

Sparkling White

Spumante White alkoholfrei

An alcohol-free sparkling wine from Friuli made from organically grown Glera grapes, the same variety used for Prosecco. The alcohol is gently removed using membrane technology, preserving the full flavour, colour, and structure of the original.
