Dagernova Weinmanufaktur is a historic German winegrowers’ cooperative based in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler in the Ahr Valley. Founded by local winegrowers, the cooperative specializes particularly in Spätburgunder and other wines from the Ahr’s steep vineyard sites. Its portfolio also includes several alcohol-free products, including Dagernova Sparkling Rosé, made from dealcoholised wine, as well as alcohol-free rosé and Secco-style drinks.
