De Stefani is a family-owned Italian winery based in Fossalta di Piave in Veneto, with vineyards in the Piave and Conegliano-Valdobbiadene areas. The De Stefani family has been growing grapes and producing wine for five generations, with a strong focus on indigenous varieties, sustainability and low-intervention viticulture. Its portfolio now includes several alcohol-free wines, including Zero Sparkling, a dealcoholised sparkling wine made from Glera grapes from the Treviso hills.
