Domaine Elena de Mendoza (Domaine EdeM) is the no- and low-alcohol wine project of the Catena Institute of Wine, created by Dr. Laura Catena in honor of her mother, Elena Maza. The range combines premium viticulture, innovative dealcoholisation and botanical ingredients to create sophisticated alcohol-free and low-alcohol sparkling wines and aperitifs.
