Domaine la Colombette
Domaine La Colombette is a family-owned winery in Béziers, located in the heart of the Languedoc. Managed by the Pugibet family for four generations, the estate is internationally recognised as a pioneer in low- and alcohol-free wines. Using proprietary dealcoholization techniques, including reverse osmosis, the winery preserves the character and aromas of its wines while producing a wide range of premium alcohol-free still and sparkling wines, including the Baron de Chanteclerc range.
