Domaine La Madura

Domaine La Madura is a family-run wine estate in Saint-Chinian in the Languedoc, founded by Nadia and Cyril Bourgne. The domaine works a mosaic of organically farmed vineyards across limestone-clay, sandstone and schist soils at 150–300 metres altitude. Its portfolio of terroir-driven Saint-Chinian wines now includes Alternative 0%, a red made from Grenache, Carignan, Mourvèdre and Syrah that is traditionally vinified before low-temperature vacuum dealcoholisation.
