Domaine UBY is a family-owned French wine estate in Cazaubon in the Gers, in the Côtes de Gascogne. The Morel family began winegrowing in the region in 1920 and acquired Domaine UBY in 1956; the UBY brand itself was created in 2003. Today the estate produces a broad portfolio of fresh, fruit-driven Gascon wines alongside a dedicated UBY 0% range, including Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, Rosé and sparkling expressions. The 0% wines are vinified before undergoing low-temperature vacuum dealcoholisation.
