Steinbock Riesling Zero
From the historic Weingut Dr Fischer in Ockfen on the Saar — revived in 2014 by Martin Foradori Hofstätter. Made from Riesling Kabinett using advanced vacuum distillation (15mbar, 25–30°C), preserving primary aromas while reducing ABV to <0.5%. Complex, fresh and lively with balanced acidity. The Steinbock Zero line reflects Hofstätter's commitment to capturing the Saar's mineral Riesling character in alcohol-free form.
