Faber is a German wine and sparkling wine brand produced in Trier by Schloss Wachenheim AG. Faber has a long history in German sparkling wine and today offers an extensive alcohol-free range including Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, rosé and sparkling wines. The alcohol-free wines are produced using low-temperature vacuum distillation to retain as much of the original wine’s varietal character and aromas as possible.
