Freitag! is a German alcohol-free wine brand developed with winemaker Dirk Würtz, managing director of Weingut St. Antony. The wines use Spanish-grown Airén and Moscatel grapes, selected for their aromatic base wines and subsequently gently dealcoholised. The range is marketed by Wein Wolf GmbH and includes still white and sparkling rosé alcohol-free wines.
