Germany · Rheinhessen
Fritz Müller is a German semi-sparkling wine project founded in 2009 by Munich wine retailer Guido Walter and winemaker Jürgen Hofmann, based in Appenheim in the Rheinhessen region. The brand is built around Müller-Thurgau grapes grown on limestone and loess soils around Appenheim. In addition to its classic and rosé Perlwein, Fritz Müller offers a non-alcoholic frizzante produced via vacuum distillation from the same Müller-Thurgau grapes.
