BC's first premium dealcoholized sparkling wine, made by a women-owned team in Penticton using 100% Okanagan Chardonnay. The 2023 Blanc de Blancs uses reverse osmosis to preserve the wine's aromatic complexity — layered with orange blossom, peach and lavender — with a fine, persistent mousse and a dry, vibrant finish. Certified Sustainable.
