Blanc de Blancs

BC's first premium dealcoholized sparkling wine, made by a women-owned team in Penticton using 100% Okanagan Chardonnay. The 2023 Blanc de Blancs uses reverse osmosis to preserve the wine's aromatic complexity, layered with orange blossom, peach and lavender, with a fine, persistent mousse and a dry, vibrant finish. Certified Sustainable.
