Heinz Eifel

Heinz Eifel is a German winery brand operated by the Römerhof Winery (Römerhof Weinhaus GmbH), founded in 1979 by Heinz Eifel in Trittenheim, in the heart of the Mosel Valley. The winery produces a range of wines, including the Shine Zero non-alcoholic line made from Rivaner grapes sourced from the Rheinhessen region, with alcohol removed via vacuum distillation. The brand is a family operation run by Heinz Eifel and his daughter, winemaker Anne Eifel-Spohr.
