ILEX is a wine label of Château Franc Mayne, a Grand Cru Classé estate in Saint-Émilion, France. It encompasses both a traditional second wine and, from the 2023 vintage, a near-alcohol-free (0.5% ABV) Merlot Vin de France produced in partnership with low-alcohol specialist Wild Idol. The non-alcoholic ILEX 2023 is noted as the first dealcoholised wine produced from a Cru Classé estate in Bordeaux.
