ISH was founded in Copenhagen, Denmark in 2018 by Morten Lee Sørensen after a 100-day alcohol-free challenge revealed a simple yet powerful insight: people don’t want less social moments or celebration – but they are rethinking their relationship with alcohol. At the time, the world wasn’t built for that choice. If you weren’t drinking alcohol, you were often left out of the ritual, the toasts, and the experience itself. ISH was created to change that.

Chardonnay
A dealcoholised Chardonnay made from French grapes, showing aromas of lemon, pear, and yellow apple with mineral notes. On the palate it is balanced and medium-bodied with refreshing acidity and harmonious fruit.
Red
Merlot
ISH (originally a Danish NA spirits brand, now also producing NA wines) sources Merlot from the Languedoc in southern France. The ISH Merlot extends their NA wine range alongside the Chardonnay and Château del ISH sparkling lines. Classic Merlot profile — plum, dark cherry, soft tannins — dealcoholized to retain varietal character. Available through The Zero Proof.
