Jaillance is a historic French winegrowers’ cooperative based in Die in the Drôme, at the foot of the Vercors. Created by 266 local winegrowers, the cooperative specializes in sparkling wines and is particularly associated with Clairette de Die and Crémant de Die. Today it brings together more than 200 winegrowers. Its portfolio also includes alcohol-free sparkling products such as Jay’Up 0.0%, made from Muscat à petits grains grape juice grown by Jaillance’s growers.
