Made from hand-harvested Glera grapes, it is not dealcoholized; instead, the grape must is gently pressed, chilled and micro-filtered before being carbonated with natural CO₂, preserving the grape’s natural aromas and freshness. The result is a lively sparkling wine alternative with floral and fruity notes, fine bubbles and a delicate, refreshing finish.
