Les Domaines de la Ville de Lausanne is the municipal wine producer of the City of Lausanne and one of Switzerland's oldest institutional wine estates. Since 1536, it has cultivated vineyards across five prestigious domains in Lavaux and La Côte, producing a wide portfolio of premium Swiss wines. In recent years, it has expanded into alcohol-free wines, including dealcoholised Pinot Noir and Gamay cuvées.
