Ollivier Cottenceau (Domaine de la Grenaudière)
Domaine de la Grenaudière is a historic family-run wine estate in the heart of Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine in the Loire Valley. The estate has been producing wine since 1723 and is now run by the eighth generation. Specializing in Melon de Bourgogne, it produces traditional Muscadet alongside its Phénomène alcohol-free range. Phénomène and Bulles de Phénomène are vinified and matured on lees before gentle low-temperature vacuum dealcoholisation.

Bulles de Phènomène is a fresh and light dealcoholised sparkling wine from Domaine de la Grenaudière, made from Melon de Bourgogne. Fine bubbles reveal notes of white-fleshed fruits and citrus, making it an ideal apéritif companion.

Ollivier Cottenceau Phénomène
The world's first dealcoholized wine made from Melon de Bourgogne — the grape behind Muscadet. Technically a pure Muscadet from Domaine de la Grenaudière, an estate established in 1723 in the Clisson and Château Thébaud Crus Communaux of the Sèvre et Maine. Mathilde Ollivier and Stéphane Cottenceau are the 8th generation of the family. Cannot legally carry the Muscadet appellation due to absence of alcohol, but the terroir-driven character is preserved through sur lies aging (minimum 6 months) before gentle vacuum distillation in Germany. Lean, food-friendly, with notes of citrus, high minerality and brisk salinity. Rated 92 points by Sarah Kate MS — 'an accomplished drink with considerable personality, character and complexity.'
