Sieur d'Arques

Sieur d’Arques is a historic French winegrowers’ cooperative based in Limoux in the Languedoc. Founded by local growers, the cooperative is particularly renowned for Blanquette de Limoux and Crémant de Limoux, building on the region’s sparkling-wine tradition dating to 1531. Its portfolio now includes Berry Boom, a 0.0% sparkling Chardonnay made from fully vinified wine that is gently dealcoholised using vacuum distillation.
