Stahlwein

Winzerhof Stahl is a family-owned winery in Auernhofen, Franconia, with roots dating back to 1814. Under Christian Stahl, the estate has become one of Germany’s leading modern wineries, known for expressive, terroir-driven wines from limestone vineyards and an innovative approach to winemaking. The estate also operates a Michelin-starred restaurant, making Christian Stahl one of the few winemakers who is also a Michelin-starred chef.
