TeeDawn is a Danish specialist in alcohol-free and low-alcohol beverages, founded by Henrik Wiese. Originally focused on alcohol-free craft beer, the company has expanded into alcohol-free wine made in collaboration with European winemakers. Its Chardonnay is made from 100% Chardonnay grown in Germany’s Rheingau, fully vinified and then gently dealcoholised using vacuum technology based on Carl Jung’s process.
