Founded in 2007 by winemaker Christian Dreissigacker, Weingut Dr. Koehler is located in Bechtheim in Germany’s Rheinhessen wine region. The estate cultivates around 22 hectares of sustainably managed vineyards, focusing on Burgundian varieties such as Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc. Alongside its modern, terroir-driven wines, the winery has developed the Rezeptfrei range of alcohol-free wines and sparkling wines, combining traditional winemaking with gentle dealcoholization to preserve freshness, fruit, and varietal character.
