An alcohol-free Sauvignon Blanc from Weingut Manz with a bright straw-yellow colour and lively aromas of green bell pepper, gooseberry, citrus fruits, and passion fruit. Dealcoholised via vacuum distillation to preserve its fresh, vibrant character.
