Weingut Zähringer is a historic family-owned winery in Heitersheim in Germany’s Baden region. Founded in 1844 and now led by the sixth generation, the estate was an early pioneer of organic viticulture, beginning its conversion in 1987 and later receiving Demeter biodynamic certification. Its portfolio spans classic Baden wines, Crémant and experimental concept wines and now includes alcohol-free expressions such as Cuvée Libre and Schaumwein ZERO.
