Winzergenossenschaft Kallstadt eG is a historic German winegrowers’ cooperative based in Kallstadt in the Pfalz. The cooperative brings together local growers and produces a broad range of regional wines under its Z’amme identity, reflecting its cooperative philosophy of working “together.” Its portfolio now includes a dealcoholised Z’amme Riesling made from selected Pfalz vineyards.
