A fresh and fruity alcohol-free Secco from the mild climate of the Kaiserstuhl, dealcoholised by vacuum distillation and carbonated with added aromas. It offers notes of hibiscus, blackcurrant, and wine gums.
Vineyard
The grapes come exclusively from first-class vineyard sites in Bickensohl and parcels in neighbouring villages. The soils are characterised by fertile loess. The vineyards are managed using traditional methods, combining artisanal vineyard work with modern viticultural technology.
