Dealcoholisation detail
For this alcohol-free rosé, a proprietary process was developed combining vacuum distillation at 30°C with Inverted-Cone Technology. This process is designed to capture 100% of volatile components in an internal continuous process, enabling dealcoholisation down to 0.02%. Winemaking, dealcoholisation and subsequent carbonisation are carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks until bottling.
