An alcohol-free sparkling white wine from the Côtes de Duras, made from Sauvignon Blanc. It is characterised by aromas of green apple, peach and pear, with a very fresh and fruity character and a lively finish.

The vineyards are located in the Côtes de Duras, situated between the rivers Dordogne and Garonne, south of Bergerac. The climate benefits from the cooling influence of the Atlantic Ocean, allowing the grapes to ripen slowly and develop fresh fruit aromas.
