Dealcoholisation detail
Triple vacuum distillation at low temperatures (maximum 32°C), during which the alcohol is gradually removed while preserving all of the wine’s aromas. The first distillation reduces the wine’s alcohol content from 14% to 3%, the second from 3% to 0.5%, and the final stage brings it down to 0.0%.
