Vineyard
La Jara is located in Mareno di Piave, between the hills of Conegliano and the Piave river in Veneto. The Marion family has been growing grapes here for generations and has worked entirely according to organic principles since the late 1990s. The winery manages approximately fifty hectares of vineyards. The name La Jara refers to the calcareous gravel from the Piave that forms an important part of the vineyard soil.
