Argentina's first and only true alcohol-free sparkling wine from one of Mendoza's most recognised historic wineries, Nieto Senetiner, established in 1888. Made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes from the premium Uco Valley using a carefully designed enological process led by winemakers Santiago Mayorga and Roberto González. Crafted blanc de noirs style, Pinot Noir dealcoholized to 0.0% using vacuum cold distillation. No added aromas or flavourings, 15 calories per glass. Argentina legalised NA wine production in March 2024; this is among the first domestic NA sparklings produced under the new legislation. The winery has also developed Malbec and Chardonnay 0% prototypes.
