Saboritz Premium Spumante is a refined alcohol-free sparkling wine from Italy, made from dealcoholised Glera (80%) and Airén (20%) grapes. It offers a fresh, elegant taste with fine bubbles, notes of apple, pear and citrus, and a subtly sweet, light finish.

Dealcoholisation detail
After gentle pressing and fermentation, the alcohol is carefully removed using vacuum technology. This preserves the structure and flavour experience of the original wine. The wine then undergoes light carbonation to add fine bubbles, resulting in an elegant and sparkling alcohol-free experience.
