Rosé

A fresh and fruit-forward alcohol-free rosé made from 100% Syrah grapes. Pale rosé in color with subtle purple highlights, it opens with aromas of raspberry, wild strawberry and peach. The palate is soft and approachable, offering juicy red berry flavors, hints of redcurrant and blueberry, balanced by refreshing acidity and a clean, fruity finish. Produced using traditional vinification followed by gentle dealcoholization to preserve the wine’s varietal character. An excellent match for salads, grilled dishes, Mediterranean cuisine or as a chilled summer aperitif.
