J. Trautwein is a family-run German wine producer based in Lonsheim in Rheinhessen, with more than a century of winemaking tradition. Led by Johannes Trautwein, the estate works with around 25 hectares of vineyards and emphasizes sustainable viticulture and minimal intervention in the cellar. Its alcohol-free portfolio includes Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and sparkling alternatives, with wines gently dealcoholised by vacuum rectification at around 30°C.
