
An alcohol-free Pinot Noir from J. Trautwein, crafted in the style of its French counterpart with a bouquet of red fruits delicately rounded by subtle oak. The wine is aged in both barriques and steel tanks, then gently dealcoholised by vacuum rectification at around 30°C.
