White
Levin Chardonnay
Levin Chardonnay 0.0% is Villa Noria's first certified organic non-alcoholic wine, produced through an innovative non-alcoholic fermentation without any dealcoholisation. It is deep golden in colour with refined aromas of white peach, exotic fruit, vanilla, and citrus, and a creamy, elegant palate.

Red
Levin Pinot Noir
Levin Pinot Noir is the first organic alcohol-free wine line from Villa Noria, produced using innovative non-alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and lactic acid bacteria. Ruby red in colour, it offers aromas of cherries, red fruit and blackcurrants, with a well-structured tannin profile and excellent balance.

Sparkling White
Sparkling Blanc
A genuine category innovation launched December 2024 — the world's first organic NA wine produced by alcohol-free fermentation using indigenous non-saccharomyces yeast and lactic acid bacteria. Created by Fabien Gross (former Pierre Chavin co-founder), Levin 0% ferments grape juice to produce lactic acid, glycerol, CO2 and aromas without ever generating alcohol. Debuted at Metro in January 2025 for premium hotel and restaurant channels.

Sparkling Rosé
Sparkling Rosé
The sparkling rosé expression of Levin 0% — the pioneering organic NA wine brand using alcohol-free fermentation. Launched January 2025 at Metro alongside the Blanc. Created by oenologist Fabien Gross using a process that produces lactic acid, glycerol and natural aromas without any alcohol ever forming — a fundamentally different approach to NA wine than standard dealcoholization.
