Aaron Pott and Stephanie Honig have spent their lives in wine. But one evening, sharing a meal, they confronted a truth: the very future of wine was under threat. Younger consumers were turning away, not because they didn’t love the ritual but because alcohol no longer fit into their vision of a healthy intentional life. Wine had become an all-or-nothing proposition. And too many people were choosing “nothing.” What if that didn’t need to be the case? That question led to a radical idea. What if wine wasn’t defined by its alcohol content, but by its purpose—its ability to connect, to delight, to elevate a moment? From this idea, Missing Thorn was born. A new chapter for wine—crafted with the same attention, care, and soul, but without the compromise.

Described as 'vibrant and elegant with crisp yellow orchard fruit, lychee, passion fruit and a subtle hint of biscotti reminiscent of finer champagnes.' 30 cal/5oz serving. Vegan, gluten-free. The varietal choice changes each vintage — the goal is dependable excellence, not sameness. Low vacuum distillation preserves 100% of natural aromas.
