PARAGRAPH is a premium alcohol-removed wine brand founded to elevate the quality of non-alcoholic wine. Led by founder Steve Arora and renowned winemaker Duncan Shouler, the brand partners with the Muga family to produce alcohol-removed wines from carefully selected vineyards, using low-temperature vacuum distillation and aroma recovery to preserve structure and character. Its first release is a Spanish Tempranillo from high-altitude old vines.

Tempranillo

A dry, alcohol-removed red wine made from 100% Tempranillo grown in high-altitude Spanish vineyards above 700 metres. Fully fermented and then gently dealcoholised by low-temperature vacuum distillation with aroma recovery, delivering structure, tannin, and character at less than 0.5% ABV.
