With their new and unconventional approach, they emerged as a pioneering force in the non-alcoholic premium wine market. Katja and Patrick were the first ever in the world to dealcoholize a wine of 98 pts. Venturing into uncharted territory, the team pushed the boundaries of innovation and crafted the highest-quality NA wines on the market.

Century Blend
Zeronimo Century Blend is the world's first red wine aged and dealcoholised for 20 years, composed of 50% Blaufränkisch, 30% Pinot Noir and 20% Merlot from vines over 60 years old in Burgenland, Austria. Limited to 2,500 numbered bottles, it offers exceptional complexity with secondary and tertiary aromas developed through 24 months in new oak barrels and 18 years of bottle maturation.
